Tim passed away on 14th September 2011 surrounded by his mum, dad and his 2 sisters Nicola and Claire, he passed peacefully in his chair at home after deciding to stop dialysis, due to increasing illnesses. He was dignified to the end, and I won't forget how very brave he was. He is an inspiration to us all.
